光银国际助力南宁交投成功定价3年期3亿美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人，成功助力南宁交通投资集团有限责任公司（“南宁交投”或“集团”）于香港定价3年期3亿美元票息3.5%的高级无抵押债券。债项评级为惠誉BBB-。债券将于香港交易所上市。
南宁交投是南宁市政府国有资产运营的八大主体之一。自2014年成立以来，集团在落实南宁市政府对城市规划和建设蓝图实施方面发挥了重要作用，在资金及运营方面亦得到了南宁市政府的大力支持。集团业务运营多元化，包括三大业务板块：运输与物流、能源与资源、现代服务业。
本次发行是南宁交投于境外资本市场的首次亮相，亦是南宁市属国企的首单美元债。债券的定价收益率从初始价格指引的3.9%区间大幅收窄约40个基点至3.5%。在光大银行南宁分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力南宁交投成功定价此次美元债券，为南宁交投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南宁分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Nanning Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“NCIG” or the “Group”) successfully priced US$300 million 3-year 3.5% senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Global Coordinator of this Transaction. Issue rating of the Notes is BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group is one of the eight major operators of state-owned assets of the Nanning Municipal Government. Since its establishment in 2014, the Group has played an important role in implementing the Nanning Municipal Government’s blueprint for urban planning and construction, and has received strong financial and operational support from the Nanning Municipal Government. The Group has a diverse business portfolio and primarily focuses on three major business segments, including: transportation and logistics, energy and resources, and modern service.
The Notes is the Group’s first appearance in the overseas capital markets, and it is also the first USD bond issued by Nanning SOE. The Group successfully tightened the reoffer yield from IPG 3.9% area by 40bps to 3.5%. With unreserved support of the Nanning branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Nanning Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanning Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in striving for various business expansion.
