光银国际助力青岛胶州湾发展集团成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力青岛胶州湾发展集团有限公司（简称“胶州湾发展”或“公司”）于香港定价2亿美元3年期3.40%票息高级无抵押债券。公司主体评级为惠誉BBB-，评级展望稳定。债券将于香港联交所和澳门交易所上市。

胶州湾发展成立于2007年11月；2018年12月经市政府批准由胶州市国有资产服务中心（原胶州市国有资产监督管理办公室）100%持股，系国有独资公司。集团主要服务于上合示范区的开发建设，是胶州市的核心平台及主要的基础设施建设主体。

此次债券发行交易路演期间，市场反响热烈，簿记建档日订单动能充足，成功将债券收益率由初始价格指引的3.80%区间大幅收窄40个基点至最终定价的3.40%。在光大银行青岛分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力胶州湾发展成功发行此次美元债券，为胶州湾发展在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行青岛分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Development Group Co, Ltd. (“JZBD” or the “Company”) successfully priced USD 200M 3-year 3.40% senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager on this transaction. The Company is rated BBB- by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on HKSE and MOX.

JZBD was established in Nov 2007. The Company is a local state-owned company controlled by and directly wholly-owned by Jiaozhou Municipal State-owned Assets Service Centre (formerly known as the Jiaozhou SASAC) in December 2018. The Company focuses on the development of the infrastructure construction in the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Demonstration Zone for Local Economic and Trade Cooperation. The Company is the core local state-owned enterprise and leading infrastructure developer in Jiaozhou.

During the bond issuance trading roadshow, the market responded enthusiastically, the transaction was announced with an initial price guidance of 3.80% area and received overwhelming demand from institutional investors. This allowed the Company to tighten price guidance by 40bps and the Notes was finally priced at 3.40%. With unreserved support of the Qingdao branch of China Everbright Bank. CEBI helped the Company to price this transaction successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Qingdao Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in striving for various business expansion.
