The Management Trainee Programme
The Management Trainee Programme offers a taste of fast paced and dynamic business environment of CEBI local office through on-the-job experience from July 2022 to June 2024 (2 years programme). The programme aims to focus on cultivating elite graduates who are aspiring to join the investment banking industry. The company provides fast-track career development, invests in special resources, and organizes a series of professional trainings and cross-departmental projects during the planning cycle，etc
• Programme Structure
The Management Trainee Programme lasts for 2 years, with special project resources on tracking the whole process, the company would closely follow up the development of each management trainee in order to provide appropriate guidance and support to each participants.
The programme mainly comprise vertical training in job-specific areas aiming at deepening professional knowledge and horizontal training aiming at enhancing individual capabilities.
The programme will have rotation of 3-4 departments in 2 years, it’s an excellent opportunity to get exposure to front, middle and back office.
On completion of the Programme, we would implement a two-way internal selection base on each trainee’s performance and interests in choosing functional stream and job fields.
• Selection
We are looking for high-calibre individual’s graduate who meet the following requirements:
Graduate 2021 or 2022 from any accredited university, full-time bachelor's degree or above in any discipline Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
Strong initiative and fast learner
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua
