光银国际助力长发集团成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人，成功助力长春市城市发展投资控股（集团）有限公司（简称“长发集团”或“公司”）于香港定价3年期4.3%票息高级无抵押美元债券。公司主体评级为穆迪Baa1和惠誉BBB+，评级展望均为稳定。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。

长发集团是长春市国资委出资组建的国有企业，受市政府委托开展城市基础设施建设、供水、贸易和金融服务等经营业务。公司是长春市国资委出资企业中最大的地方国有企业，是长春市政府城市建设、开发的综合性投资运营主体，对于长春的城市建设与发展做出了巨大的贡献。同时，公司作为吉林融入“一带一路”建设的重要支撑，协助吉林省与长春市开展与俄远东地区陆海联运合作，加快畅通与俄罗斯的合作通道，长吉图开发国家战略的实施。

此次债券交易路演期间，公司成功将债券收益率收窄至最终定价的4.3%。在光大银行长春分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力长发集团成功定价此次美元债券，为长发集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行长春分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Changchun Urban Development & Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd.(“CCDG” or the “Company”) successfully priced its 3-year 4.3% USD senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator on this transaction. The Company is rated Baa1 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch, both with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

CCDG is a large enterprise established by Changchun Municipal People’s Government engaging in operations including engineering construction, water treatment, trading as well as financial services. The Company is the largest functional state-owned enterprise in Changchun and has contributed significantly to the urban construction and development of the city. The Company plays a critical supporting role in Jilin’s integration into “One Belt One Road”, facilitating Changchun and Jilin’s cooperation with Far East Russia in sea-land joint transportation, accelerating access to Russia and implementing national strategy of developing Chang Ji Tu region.

The Notes were successfully priced at 4.3% during the roadshow. With unreserved support of the Changchun Branch of China Everbright Bank, CEBI helped the Company to price this transaction successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Changchun Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in striving for various business expansion.
