光银国际助力莆田国投成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力莆田市国有资产投资有限公司（简称“莆田国投”或“公司”）于香港定价3年期4.7%票息高级无抵押美元债券。公司主体评级为惠誉BB+，评级展望稳定。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。

莆田国投是经福建省国资委批复、莆田市国资委牵头组建，并于 2004 年正式成立， 莆田市唯一综合类国有资产投资公司及莆田市唯一具有土地一级开发职能的国有企业。莆田市国资委直接持有公司 100% 股权，是公司的控股股东和实际控制人。作为莆田市资产优质的经营主体，公司也承担了投资当地高新技术企业，促进产业转型升级的职责，在莆田城市与经济发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。

此次债券交易路演期间，公司成功将债券收益率由初始价格指引5% 区间收窄至最终定价的4.7%，这创下了福建省企业高收益美元债融资利率新低。在光大银行福州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力莆田国投成功定价此次美元债券，为莆田国投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行福州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Putian State-owned Assets Investment Co., Ltd. (“Putian SOAIC” or the “Company”) successfully priced 3-year 4.7% USD senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager on this transaction. The Company is rated BB+ by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Incorporated in 2004, Putian SOAIC is the most significant infrastructure construction entity, the only comprehensive state-owned assets investment company and the only stated-owned company that is qualified to engage in primary land development business in Putian. The Putian State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission directly holds 100% of the Company's equity and is the Company's controlling shareholder. As the main body of high-quality assets in Putian, the Company also assumes the responsibility of investing in local high-tech enterprises and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and plays an important role in the economic development of Putian.

During the roadshow, the Company successfully priced the Notes from the 5% range of the initial price guideline to 4.7%, which set a new low in Fujian Province’s corporate high-yield dollar bond financing interest rate. With unreserved support of the Fuzhou branch of China Everbright Bank, CEBI helped the Company to price this transaction successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Fuzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in striving for various business expansion.
