光银国际助力兴证国际成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力兴证国际金融集团有限公司（简称“兴证国际”，与其子公司合称为“集团”）于香港定价3年期、美元计价的高级无抵押债券，合计金额3亿美元，票息2%。债券将于香港交易所上市。

兴证国际的控股股东是兴业证券股份有限公司（简称“兴业证券”），兴证国际是兴业证券践行国际化战略的桥头堡。兴证国际秉持「专注价值、智创未来」的理念，经过数年的发展，已经成为香港主要的综合型券商之一，为客户提供经济业务、企业融资、资产管理、金融产品及投资等业务。

簿记建档日投资者反响热烈，订单动能充足，成功将债券收益率由初始价格指引的2.5%区间大幅收窄约50个基点至最终定价的2%。以此为契机，光银国际将加大金融板块业务的拓展，助力更多金融板块发行人完成境外债券发行。

Recently, China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Limited (“CISI” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced US$300 million 3-year 2% senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this Transaction. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Industrial Securities Co., LTD., for which CISI acts as the pioneer of its internationalization strategy, is the controlling shareholder of CISI. Under the motto “Focus on value, create the future with wisdom” and several years of development, CISI has become one of the major full-service financial groups in Hong Kong, providing its clients brokerage, corporate finance, asset management and financial products and investment services.

The transaction was announced with an initial price guidance of 2.5% area and received overwhelming demand from institutional investors. This allowed the Group to tighten price guidance by 50bps and the Notes were finally priced at 2%. Leveraging on this, CEBI will continue to expand the business in the financial sector and help more issuers to complete offshore bond issuances.
