光银国际助力衢州市国有资本运营有限公司成功定价4.7亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力衢州市国有资本运营有限公司（“衢州国资”，简称“公司”）定价4.7亿美元3年期高级无抵押绿色债券。债券于香港交易所和中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是浙江省衢州市最大的国有资产运营平台，以衢州市产品销售及建筑业务为主营业务。公司自成立以来一直是衢州市重大基础设施项目的建设主体和市政资源的核心运营商，在落实衢州市政府的城市规划和市政建设蓝图方面发挥了主导作用，促进了衢州市的社会经济发展。

在光大银行杭州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Quzhou State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX and MOX.

The company is the largest state-owned assets operation platform in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a focus on sale of products and construction business in Quzhou. Since its establishment, the company has been the main constructer of major infrastructure projects and the core operator of municipal resources in Quzhou City and has played a leading role in implementing the Quzhou Municipal Government’s blueprint for urban planning and municipal construction, and has played an important role in furthering the social and economiv development of Quzhou City.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hangzhou Branch (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
