稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力中银澳门成功定价全球首笔人民币玉兰债

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人和联席牵头经办人，成功助力中国银行股份有限公司澳门分行（“中银澳门”）定价2年期20亿离岸人民币高级无抵押债券。中银澳门主体评级为穆迪A1，标普A，惠誉A，展望均为稳定。债项评级亦为穆迪A1，标普A，惠誉A。债券将于香港交易所上市。该笔债券为全球首笔人民币玉兰债。
中国银行澳门分行前身为"澳门南通银行"，创立于1950年6月，1987年元旦正式更名为中国银行澳门分行，成为中行第九家行海外分行。澳门中银在澳门拥有全功能银行牌照，主要从事公司金融、个人金融和金融市场业务等商业银行服务。近年来积极拓展投行类业务、综合性跨境金融服务，为客户提供更多国际化专业服务，满足客户多元化金融需求。
簿记建档日，优质订单积极涌入，最终价格指引发布时账簿规模超过64亿元人民币，超发行规模3倍。光银国际作为具有比较竞争优势的投资银行平台，将以此为契机，加大金融板块业务的拓展，助力更多金融板块发行人完成境外债券发行。
Recently, Bank of China Limited, Macau Branch (“BOC Macau”), successfully priced its CNH 2-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner, and Joint Lead Managers on this deal. BOC Macau is rated A1 by Moody, A by S&P, and A by Fitch, both stable. The expected issue ratings are A1 by Moody, A by S&P, and A by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on HKEX. It set a record for the first Yulan CHN offshore RMB bond worldwide.
The Bank of China Macau Branch, formerly known as "Macau Namtong Bank", was established in June 1950. It was formally renamed as the Bank of China Macau Branch on New Year's Day in 1987, becoming the ninth overseas branch of BOC at that time. BOC Macau is a commercial bank which has a multi-functional banking license in Macau, mainly serving corporation financing, personal financing and related businesses in the financial market.
On the pricing day, book size over CHN 6.4 billion at FPG, over 3 times of the issuing size. As an investment banking platform with comparative competitive advantages, CEBI will continue to expand the business in the financial sector and help more financial sector issuers complete offshore bond issuance.
