稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力株洲国投成功定价自贸区离岸债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力株洲市国有资产投资控股集团有限公司（“株洲国投”，简称“集团”）定价3.5亿人民币3年期中国（上海）自由贸易试验区（“上海自贸区”）离岸债券。

株洲国投集团成立于1998年5月，是株洲市委市政府批准设立的国有资产投资运营企业，注册资本40亿元，信用等级AA+。旗下拥有全资及绝对控股子公司17家，控股上市公司3家，资产总额1,036.8亿元。主要业务涵盖基金投资、金融服务、数字产业、智慧城市、职业教育、科技园区、先进制造等领域。

在光大银行长沙分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力株洲国投成功定价此次自贸区人民币债券，为株洲国投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与长沙分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Zhuzhou State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (the “Group”), successfully priced its CNH 3-Year senior fixed rate Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner.

Established in May 1998, the Group is a state-owned asset investment and operation enterprise approved by the Zhuzhou Municipal Government, with a registered capital of 4 billion yuan and a credit rating of AA+. It has 17 wholly-owned and absolute holding subsidiaries, 3 holding listed companies, and total assets of 103.68 billion yuan. The main business covers fund investment, financial services, digital industry, smart city, vocational education, science and technology park, advanced manufacturing and other fields.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Changsha Branch (“CEB Changsha Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Changsha Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
