稳经济、进万企|光银国际助力山东高速成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人和联席牵头经办人，成功助力山东高速集团有限公司（“山东高速”，与其子公司统称“集团”）定价3亿美元3年期境外债券。山东高速主体评级为穆迪A3，惠誉A，展望均为稳定。债项评级亦为穆迪A3，惠誉A。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。

集团由山东省人民政府设立，为山东省国有资产监督管理委员会直接监管的国有独资企业。国资委代表山东省政府作为大股东，与山东省社会保障基金理事会和山东国惠投资控股集团有限公司共同持有集团股份。凭借在高速公路和铁路核心业务方面的优势，已成长为现代化、国际化、高效的交通和基础设施集团，并通过其子公司和关联公司主要从事各类交通和基础设施的投资、建设、运营和管理。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力山东高速成功定价此次美元债券，为山东高速在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Hi-Speed”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner, and Joint Lead Managers in the transaction. The Group is rated A3 by Moody and A by Fitch, both stable. The expected issue ratings are A3 by Moody and A by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange.

The Group was established by the People’s Government of Shandong province as a wholly state-owned enterprise under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong province (“SSASAC”) on behalf of Shandong Government, acts as the Group’s majority shareholder and holds the shares of the Group together with Shandong Provincial Council for Social Security Fund and Shandong Guohui Investment Co., Ltd. Leveraging its advantages in its core expressway and railway businesses, the Group has grown into a modernised, international and efficient transportation and infrastructure conglomerate. The Group, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, is principally engaged in the investment in, and construction, operation and management of various transportation and infrastructure facilities.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
