光银国际助力江苏姜堰经开集团有限公司成功定价6.45亿人民币境外债币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力江苏姜堰经开集团有限公司（“薑堰經開”，简称“公司”）定价6.45亿人民币3年期高级无抵押信用增强担保绿色债券。债券于香港交易所上市。

自成立以来，公司一直是开展基础设施建设、土地整理与贸易业务的核心经营实体。借助姜堰区和泰州市的发展、强大的股东支持和集团经验丰富的管理团队，集团承接并完成了大量基础设施开发项目，在姜堰区的发展中发挥了重要作用。

在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiangsu Jiangyan Economic Development Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

Since its establishment, the company has been the core operating entity carrying out infrastructure construction, land consolidation and trading businesses. Leveraging on the development of Jiangyan District and Taizhou City, strong shareholder’s support and experienced management team of the Group, the Group has undertaken and completed a large number of infrastructure development projects and played an important role in the development of Jiangyan District.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
