光银国际助力仁寿城投集团有限公司成功定价3800万美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力仁寿城投集团有限公司（“仁寿城投集团”，简称“公司”）定价3800万美元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2017年12月，是重要的国有资产投资管理主体，主营业务为电子产品及电线光缆生产销售、水务、工程项目建设、医疗器械销售等，业务定位明确，区域地位突出。公司具有良好的信用评级与较强的融资能力，管理经验丰富，得到政府的大力支持。

在光大银行成都分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行成都分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Renshou Urban Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

Established in December 2017, the company is an important investment and management entity of state-owned property. The company’s main businesses are production and sales of electronic products and wire and optical cable, water affairs, agent construction service fees, and engineering project construction, and has a clear business positioning and prominent regional status. The company possesses strong financing capabilities and a good credit rating, has rich experience in operation and management, and benefits from strong support from the government.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
