光银国际助力广德市国有资产投资经营有限公司成功定价1.06亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力广德市国有资产投资经营有限公司（“广德国投”，简称“公司”）定价1.06亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是广德市重要的基础设施建设主体，承担着广德市城市基础设置、安置房以及重大社会发展项目的建设任务。公司现主要业务包括代建、贸易、公路工程及养护、沙石销售等。公司地处广德市，广德市为“淮河生态经济带”等国家战略节点，其巨大的经济发展潜力将支持公司的业务增长。

在光大银行合肥分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行合肥分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Guangde State-owned Assets Investment and Management Company Limited (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The company is an important infrastructure construction entity in Guangde City and is responsible of urban infrastructure, resettlement housing and major social development projects in Guangde. Today the company’s main business includes agency construction, trading, highway engineering and maintenance, sand and gravel sales. Located in Guangde, one of the cities implementing national strategies such as “Huaihe River Green Economic Belt Development”, its significant economic development potential would continue to support the business growth of the company.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hefei Branch (“CEB Hefei Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hefei Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
