光银国际助力四川西南发展控股集团有限公司成功定价共1.23亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力四川西南发展控股集团有限公司（“西南发展”，简称“公司”）定价6000万美元3年期高级无抵押债券和6300万美元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券均于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2012年3月，是德阳发展控股集团有限公司下属全资子公司，经营业务涵盖基础建设、公用事业、城市服务、区域运营、金融投资、产业投资等领域，投资重点涵盖金融、能源、建筑、市政、粮食、新材料等社会基础产业、传统支柱产业。近年来，德阳市经济快速发展，进入城市化进程高速发展阶段，作为德阳市基础设施建设的重要投资运营主体，公司积极履行职责，为德阳市的发展做出了重要贡献。公司始终秉承“为社会赋能，为经济助力”企业宗旨，服务全区经济社会发展，为生活创造更多美好，为城市增添更多动力。

Recently, Sichuan Southwest Development Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its 2 USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on these 2 deals. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

Established in March 2012, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deyang Development Holding Group. Its business operations includes infrastructure construction, public utilities, urban services, regional operations, financial investment, and industrial investment. The company's investment focus includes key social infrastructure sectors such as finance, energy, construction, municipal works, grain, and new materials, as well as traditional pillar industries. In recent years, Deyang city has developed and urbanized rapidly and significantly. As an important investment operating entity for the infrastructure construction in Deyang City, the company has performed its role and made contribution to the development of Deyang city. The company adheres to the corporate mission of "empowering society and boosting the economy," serving the economic and social development of the entire region, creating more prosperity for people's lives, and adding more momentum to the city.
