光银国际助力济南城市建设集团有限公司成功定价20亿人民币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力济南城市建设集团有限公司（“济南城建”，简称“公司”）定价20亿人民币5年期高级无抵押债券。济南城建主体评级为惠誉BBB+，展望稳定。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。
公司成立于2017年6月，是济南市最大的国有企业之一，专注于市政建设等业务。公司由济南市国资委直接持有91.852%的股份，山东省财政厅间接持有8.148%的股份。作为济南市政府发展蓝图的主要平台，公司致力于促进城市化和经济增长，多个建设项目屡获殊荣。公司的主要业务包括工程建设等，既涉及市场化项目，也承担政府委托项目，为城市建设和社会经济发展提供保障。
在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Jinan City Construction Group Limited Company (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 5-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB+ by Fitch, with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on MOX.
The company was incorporated in June 2017 and is one of the largest stated owned enterprises in Jinan, focusing on municipal construction, etc. The company is directly owned by the Jinan SASAC (91.852%) and indirectly by the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance (8.148%). As a primary platform for the city’s development blueprint, the company is committed to promoting urbanization and economic growth. It has received numerous accolades for its projects. The main business includes engineering construction, etc, encompassing both market-based projects and government-commissioned projects, providing solid support for urban construction and socio-economic development.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
