光银国际助力中原豫资投资控股集团有限公司成功定价5亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力中原豫资投资控股集团有限公司（”中原豫资”，简称“公司”）定价5亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。中原豫资主体评级为惠誉A，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉A。债券于香港交易所上市。

公司成立于2011年5月，由河南省国资委全资控股，主要从事于河南省廉租房项目与城市化建设。自成立以来，公司在实施河南省政府的廉租房建设和城市规划方面发挥了关键作用，凭借其在河南省的独特地位和多年来获得的强大政府支持，取得了出色的业绩记录。

在光大银行郑州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行郑州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Zhongyuan Yuzi Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated A by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes is rated A by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

Established in May 2011, the Company is a wholly owned company by Henan SASAC for low-income housing projects and urbanisation construction projects in Henan Province. Since its inception, the Company has played a crucial role in implementing the Henan Provincial Government’s blueprint for low-income housing construction and urban planning and has achieved proven track record by virtue of its unique position in Henan Province and strong government support it has received over the years.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Zhengzhou Branch (“CEB Zhengzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Zhengzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
