光银国际助力长春市城市发展投资控股(集团)有限公司成功定价2.3亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人、联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力长春市城市发展投资控股(集团)有限公司（“长发集团”，简称“公司”）定价2.3亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。长春发展主体评级为惠誉BBB，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券于香港交易所上市。
公司成立于2013年9月，作为长春市最大的功能类国有企业，围绕“聚焦产业投资、服务实体经济”职责，确立了城市基础设施和公共服务“供应商”、产业园区“开发运营商”、金融创新“服务商”、重点产业“投资商”的主业定位，为长春市城市建设和社会经济发展提供坚实保障。
在光大银行长春分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行长春分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
CEBI helped Changchun Urban Development & Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. successfully price Notes
Recently, Changchun Urban Development & Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Manager, Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes is rated BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.
The company was incorporated in September 2013 and is the largest functional city investment enterprise in Changchun. Focusing on the responsibilities of “concentrating on industrial investment and serving the real economy”, the company has established its main business positioning as the “supplier” of urban infrastructure and public services, the “developer and operator” of industrial parks, the “service provider” of financial innovation, and the “investor” in key industries, providing a solid guarantee for urban construction and socio-economic development.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Changchun Branch (“CEB Changchun Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Changchun Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
