光银国际助力济南高新控股集团有限公司成功定价1.8亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人、联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力济南高新控股集团有限公司（“济高控股”，简称“公司”）定价1.8亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。济高控股主体评级为惠誉BBB，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券于新加坡交易所上市。

公司成立于2005年，是济南高新区国有独资开发建设运营主体，主要承担园区开发、实业运营、资产管理、产业金融投资等任务。公司注册资本40亿元，截止目前总资产超过900亿元，净资产超过300亿元，全资、参控股及托管企业100余家，已形成“园区开发运营+产业金融+实业运营”一体两翼业务新格局。公司连续四年蝉联中国产业园区运营商20强，是省内拥有最高投资评级的国家级高新区平台公司，连续多年被评为“山东社会责任企业”、“济南市五一劳动奖状”等称号。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jinan Hi-Tech Holding Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes is rated BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on SGX.

The Company was established in 2005. It is a wholly state-owned development, construction and operation entity in Jinan High-tech Zone. It is mainly responsible for park development, industrial operations, asset management, industrial financial investment and other tasks. The Company has a registered capital of 4 billion yuan, with total assets of more than 90 billion yuan and net assets of more than 30 billion yuan so far. It has more than 100 wholly-owned, holding and trustee companies, and has formed a new business landscape of "park development and operation + industrial finance + industrial operation." The Company has been ranked among the top 20 industrial park operators in China for four consecutive years. It is a national high-tech zone platform company with the highest investment rating in the province. It has been rated as "Shandong Social Responsibility Enterprise", "Jinan May 1st Labor Certificate" and other titles.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch ("CEB Jinan Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
