2024年5月17日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人、联席牵头经办人及资本市场中介人，成功助力泓盈城市运营服务集团股份有限公司（股票代号：2529.HK，以下简称“泓盈城市服务”）于香港主板挂牌上市。

此次IPO募集资金将用于物色物业管理服务供应商及城市服务提供商的潜在战略收购机会（主要区域为湖南省、江西省及贵州省）、购买市政环卫服务及照明系统运营服务作业车辆及设备、进一步技术发展、招聘人才以及改善员工培训和营运资金及其他一般公司用途。

泓盈城市服务是一家国有城市服务及运营提供商，业务运营主要位于湖南省长沙市。公司为客户提供广泛的服务，主要可分为三类：(i)物业管理服务（包括对公共物业、商业物业和住宅物业的各种物业管理服务以及增值服务）；(ii)城市服务（包括园林绿化及工程、照明系统运营、停车场运营及市政环卫服务）；及(iii)商业运营服务。

As a Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager and Capital Market Intermediary, CEBI assisted Hollwin Urban Operation Service Group Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 2529.HK, "Hollwin Urban") to get listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 17th May 2024.

The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for pursuing potential strategic acquisition opportunities of property management service providers and urban service providers with a geographic focus on Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province and Guizhou Province, the purchase of operational vehicles and equipment for municipal sanitation services and lighting system operation services, further technology development, continuing to recruit talents and improve employee trainings, as well as working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Hollwin Urban is a state-owned urban service and operation provider with business operations primarily based in Changsha, Hunan Province. The Company provides a wide spectrum of services to its customers, including (i) property management services, including different property management services and value-added services to public properties, commercial properties, and residential properties; (ii) urban services, including landscaping and engineering, lighting system operation, parking lot operation, and municipal sanitation services; and (iii) commercial operation services.

As a Joint Bookrunner, Joint Lead Manager and Capital Market Intermediary, CEBI has made crucial contributions to the successful listing of the Company. CEBI strictly followed the timetable to push forward the IPO project with the sponsor and other intermediaries.
