光银国际助力中国光大银行股份有限公司香港分行成功定价5.5亿美元和15亿元人民币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力中国光大银行股份有限公司香港分行（“光大港分”）定价5.5亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券和15亿元人民币2年期高级无抵押债券。光大港分主体评级为惠穆迪Baa2，惠誉BBB+，标普BBB+，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉BBB+。债券于香港交易所上市。

光大港分于2013年2月成立，是中国光大银行股份有限公司在境外开设的第一家分行。根据英国品牌评估机构 Brand Finance 发布的2021年度 “全球银行品牌价值500强排行榜”，中国光大银行品牌排名位列第25位，比2020年提升3位。自开业以来，光大港分锐意进取，不断推出新产品，努力创造新价值，实现“稳中求进”的高质量发展。

本次为光银国际2023年以来再次参与光大港分的境外债项目，发行的债券受到投资者的广泛认可和积极支持。在今次债券发行簿记建档过程中，美元债券的峰值订单量达到22.5亿美元，订单倍数超过4倍；人民币债券的峰值订单量达到56.5亿人民币，订单倍数超过3.7倍。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大港分的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch (the "Bank"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior notes and CNY 2-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated Baa2 by Moody, BBB+ by S&P, and BBB+ by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes is rated BBB+ by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The Bank was established in February 2013. It is the first branch opened overseas by China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. (China Everbright Bank). According to the 2021 "Ranking of the Top 500 Most Valuable Global Bank Brands" released by the British brand evaluation agency Brand Finance, China Everbright Bank's brand ranking ranked 25th, an increase of 3 places from 2020. Since its opening, the Bank has been forging ahead, continuously launching new products and striving to create new value, achieving high-quality development of "stable progress".

This is the second time CEBI has participated in the overseas debt project of the Bank since 2023. The Notes issued have been widely recognized and actively supported by investors. During the bookbuilding process of issuance, the peak order volume of US dollar notes reached US$2.25 billion, with an order multiple of more than 4 times. The peak order volume of RMB notes reached 5.65 billion yuan, with an order multiple of more than 3.7 times. This will strengthen the business partnership between the Bank and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
