光银国际助力三明市城市建设发展集团有限公司成功定价6.5亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力三明市城市建设发展集团有限公司（“三明城发”，简称“公司”）定价6.5亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司主要从事城市基础设施建设行业，由三明市国资委全资拥有，自2019年成立以来，在三明市开展基础设施建设活动并提供公共服务。公司业务包括基础设施建设、房地产销售、商品销售、酒店餐饮、租赁、物业管理等业务。 依托三明市和福建省的蓬勃发展、股东的大力支持以及管理团队的专业知识，公司承建并完成了一大批具有战略意义的项目，为三明市的发展发挥了重要作用。

在光大银行福州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行福州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Sanming City Construction And Development Group Co., Ltd (the "Company"), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The Company is mainly engaged in urban infrastructure construction industry and is wholly owned by Sanming SASAC. Since its establishment in 2019, the Company has carried out infrastructure construction activities and provided public services in Sanming City. The Company’s businesses include infrastructure construction, sales of real estate, sales of goods, hotel catering, leasing, property management and other businesses. Leveraging on the robust development of Sanming City and Fujian Province, strong support from shareholders and the expertise of the management team, the Company has undertaken and completed a large number of strategically important projects and played an important role in the development of Sanming City.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Fuzhou Branch ("CEB Fuzhou Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Fuzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
