光银国际助力南安市发展投资集团有限公司成功定价6.5亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力南安市发展投资集团有限公司（“南安发展”，简称“公司”）定价6.5亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是一家位于中国福建省泉州市南安市的国有企业。专注于福建省泉州市南安市的贸易、基础设施建设及自来水销售。公司自2009年12月成立以来，为泉州南安市的城镇化和基础设施建设做出了重大贡献，目前是泉州南安市主要的公用事业服务提供商。

在光大银行福州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行福州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Nan’an Development Investment Group Co., Ltd (the "Company"), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The Company is a state-owned enterprise located in Nan’an City, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, PRC. The Group focuses on trading, infrastructure construction and tap water sales in Nan’an City, Quanzhou, Fujian Province. Since its establishment in December 2009, the Company has significantly contributed to the urbanisation and infrastructure of Nan’an City, Quanzhou, and it is currently the main public utility service provider in Nan’an City, Quanzhou.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Fuzhou Branch ("CEB Fuzhou Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Fuzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
