光银国际助力九江市城市发展集团有限公司成功定价3亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力九江市城市发展集团有限公司（“九江城发”，简称“公司”）定价3亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。九江城发主体评级为惠誉BBB-，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉BBB-。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2017年9月，是九江市政府授权市国资委履行出资人职责的国有独资公司，主要经营范围为城市基础设施项目的建设、管理和运营；接受市政府委托承担城市基础设施及市政公用项目的投资、运营和管理任务；从事授权范围内国有资产经营和资本运作；城市建设和公共服务投资等。

在光大银行南昌分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南昌分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiujiang Municipal Development Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB- by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes is rated BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The company was established in September 2017. It is a wholly state-owned company. Its main business scope is construction, management and operation of urban infrastructure projects. The company is entrusted by the municipal government undertake the investment, operation and management tasks of urban infrastructure and municipal public projects. It also engages in state-owned asset management and capital operation within the authorized scope, as well as urban construction and public service investment, etc.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanchang Branch ("CEB Nanchang Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanchang Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
