光银国际助力菏泽财金投资集团有限公司成功定价4.85亿人民币境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力菏泽财金投资集团有限公司（“菏泽财金”，以下简称“公司”）定价4.85亿人民币3年期高级无抵押点心债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司注册资本80亿元，是原菏泽地委、行署于1992年7月成立的“菏泽地区经济开发投资公司”，为自收自支正县级事业单位，2020年11月升格为集团公司。2022年资产总额超300亿元，主体信用等级双“AA+”，2023年获评中国诚信（亚太）“BBB”长期国际级信用评级。为市属国有重要骨干企业，拥有金融、类金融牌照6个，被菏泽市委市政府定位为国有资本运营公司试点企业和市重点建设项目投融资平台。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Heze Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The Company has a registered capital of 8 billion yuan. It is a "Heze Regional Economic Development Investment Company" established by the former Heze Prefectural Committee and Administrative Office in July 1992. It is a self-funded company and support county-level institutions. The Company is upgraded to a group company in November 2020. In 2022, total assets exceed 30 billion yuan, with double "AA+" credit rating. In 2023, it is rated as "BBB" long-term international credit rating by China Integrity (Asia Pacific). It is an important municipal state-owned enterprise with 6 financial and quasi-financial licenses. It has been positioned by the Heze Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government as a pilot enterprise for state-owned capital operation companies and an investment and financing platform for key municipal construction projects.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch ("CEB Jinan Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
