光银国际助力济南能源集团有限公司成功定价2.1亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力济南能源集团有限公司（“济南能源”，简称“公司”）定价2.1亿美元14个月高级无抵押债券。济南能源主体评级为穆迪Baa1，债项评级为穆迪Baa1。债券于香港交易所上市。
公司是经济南市人民政府批准的市属一级国有独资大型能源企业，注册资本100亿元人民币，拥有员工12305人，资产规模达到698.5亿元。主营业务包括：热力生产与供应、管道燃气供应、供冷、发电、加气站、加氢站、充电桩、城市供热、城市照明、水利工程、市政工程设计、施工和经营管理、新能源技术研发等，开展综合能源利用和服务。
在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Jinan Energy Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 14-Month senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated Baa1 by Moody. The Notes is rated Baa1 by Moody. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.
The Company is a municipal first-level state-owned large-scale energy enterprise approved by the People's Government of Jinan City. It has a registered capital of 10 billion yuan, 12,305 employees, and an asset scale of 69.85 billion yuan. The main business includes: heat production and supply, pipeline gas supply, cooling, power generation, gas filling stations, hydrogenation stations, charging piles, urban heating, urban lighting, water conservancy projects, municipal engineering design, construction and operation management, new Energy technology research and development, carrying out comprehensive energy utilization and services.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch ("CEB Jinan Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
