光银国际助力陕西金融资产管理股份有限公司成功定价2亿美元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力陕西金融资产管理股份有限公司（“陕西金资”，简称“公司”）定价2亿美元3年期高级无抵押债券。陕西金资主体评级为惠誉BBB，穆迪Baa3，展望稳定，债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券于香港交易所上市。
公司成立于2016年8月，是经财政部和银保监会备案的具有金融不良资产批量收购资质的省级法人金融资产管理公司。公司注册资本85.9亿元，陕财投、延长石油、榆林城投、经开金控、陕煤集团等16家大型国企、金融机构为战略投资者。
在光大银行西安分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次美元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行西安分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Shaanxi Financial Asset Management Co.,Ltd. (the "Company"), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the "Notes"). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB by Fitch and Baa3 by Moody with stable outlook. The Notes is rated BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.
The Company was established in August 2016. It is a provincial-level legal person financial asset management company registered with the Ministry of Finance and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission with the qualification to acquire financial non-performing assets in batches. The Company has a registered capital of 8.59 billion yuan, and 16 large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, including Shaanxi Financial Investment, Yanchang Petroleum, Yulin Urban Investment, Economic Development Financial Holdings, and Shaanxi Coal Group, are strategic investors.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Xian Branch ("CEB Xian Branch"), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Xian Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
