光银国际助力孝感高创成功定价3.85亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力孝感市高创投资有限公司（“孝感高创”，简称“公司”）定价3.85亿人民币35个月高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。此次债券创湖北省票面利率最低点心债券。
公司成立于2003年，为孝感市国资委间接拥有的国有企业，是孝感市进行国有资产管理和建设的核心运营主体，主要业务包括工程回购、代建、物业管理等。依托湖北省及孝感市的发展、公司股东的大力支持以及经验丰富的管理团队，承接并完成了大量市政开发项目，为孝感市的发展贡献了重要力量。
在光大银行武汉分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行武汉分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。
Recently, Xiaogan Gaochuang Investment Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 35-Month senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd. It set records for the lowest coupon rate for Hubei province Dim sum bond.
The Company is a state-owned enterprise indirectly owned by Xiaogan SASAO. Since its establishment in 2003, the Company has been the core operating entity carrying out state-owned assets management and construction in Xiaogan City. The Company’s businesses include projects repurchase, agent construction, property management and other businesses. Leveraging on the development of Xiaogan City and Hubei Province, strong shareholder’s support and the experienced management team of the Company, the Company has undertaken and completed a large number of municipal development projectsand played an important role in the development of Xiaogan City.
With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Wuhan Branch (“CEB Wuhan Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Wuhan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
