光银国际助力齐河城建成功定价4.1亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力齐河城投建设集团有限公司（“齐河城建”，简称“公司”）定价4.1亿人民币13个月高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是山东省齐河县基础设施建设行业的龙头实体。自2018年齐河国资委成为公司实益拥有人以来，凭借与齐河县当地政府的密切关系，集团业务大幅增长。

在光大银行济南分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行济南分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Qihe Urban Investment Construction Group Co., Ltd (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 13-Month senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd.

The Company is the leading entity in infrastructure construction industry in Qihe County, Shandong Province. Since the Qihe SASAB became the Company’s beneficial owner in 2018, the Group’s business has grown significantly by virtue of its close relationship with the local government of Qihe County.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Jinan Branch (“CEB Jinan Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Jinan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
