光银国际助力江苏瀚瑞成功定价167.2亿日元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力江苏瀚瑞投资控股有限公司（“江苏瀚瑞”，简称 “公司”）定价167.2亿日元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。该笔债券为光银国际承销首笔日元债券，同时创中资地方国企日元债发行历史最大规模。

公司是镇江市人民政府出资设立的全资国有企业集团，始终致力于服务镇江新区产业发展。近年来，逐步形成集园区基础服务、公共服务、资源整合和产业发展于一体的国有资本投资运营公司。目前，集团注册资本65亿元，总资产1500亿元，员工1000余人，主体评级AA+，旗下拥有深交所上市公司江苏大港股份有限公司。业务涵盖资产运营、类金融及创投、上市公司、城市维护、城市建设等多个领域，共有全资（实际控股）公司66家，参股企业89家。

在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，为公司在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Jiangsu Hanrui Investment Holdings Co., Ltd (the “Company”), successfully priced its JPY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. It is the first JPY Bond underwrote by CEBI, and set records for the largest JPY bond issuance scale issued by Chinese local state-owned enterprises.

The company is a wholly-owned state-owned enterprise group funded by the Zhenjiang Municipal People's Government and has always been committed to serving the industrial development of Zhenjiang New Area. In recent years, a state-owned capital investment and operation company has been gradually formed that integrates basic services, public services, resource integration and industrial development in the park. At present, the group has a registered capital of 6.5 billion yuan, total assets of 150 billion yuan, more than 1,000 employees, and a subject rating of AA+. It owns Jiangsu Dagang Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The business covers asset operation, quasi-finance and venture capital, listed companies, urban maintenance, urban construction and other fields. There are 66 wholly-owned (actual holding) companies and 89 joint-stock companies.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
