光银国际助力临沂兰山成功定价2.18亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力临沂市兰山区财金投资集团有限公司（“临沂兰山”，简称“公司”）定价2.18亿人民币3年期高级无抵押债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司前身为1992年成立的正科级事业单位—兰山区经济开发投资总公司。2018年4月，兰山区人民政府批准成立临沂市兰山区财金投资集团有限公司，注册资本20亿元，后续根据发展需要，批准注册五家国有独资有限公司，组建成立兰山区财金投资集团。截止2021年底，公司总资产突破115亿元，下辖子公司67家，其中全资子公司16家，控股子公司9家，参股子公司42家。公司通过搭建产业培育发展平台和构建产业生态系统，服务企业发展，引领产业转型升级。

在光大银行青岛分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行青岛分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Linyi Lanshan District Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd.

The company was formerly known as Lanshan District Economic Development and Investment Corporation, a formal public institution established in 1992. In April 2018, with the approval of the Lanshan District People's Government, Linyi Lanshan District Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. Based on development needs, it has approved the registration of five wholly state-owned limited companies and established the Lanshan District Financial Investment Group. As of the end of 2021, the company's total assets exceeded 11.5 billion yuan, and it has 67 subsidiaries, including 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 9 holding subsidiaries, and 42 joint-stock subsidiaries. The Company is positioned to build an industry cultivation and development platform, lead industrial transformation and upgrading, build an industrial ecosystem, and serve the development of enterprises.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Qingdao Branch (“CEB Qingdao Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Qingdao Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
