光银国际助力赣州旅投成功定价4.6亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力赣州旅游投资集团有限公司（“赣州旅投”，简称 “公司”）定价4.6亿人民币35个月高级无抵押债券。债券将于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2010年，前身为赣州客家旅游集团，是市级旅游产业及绿色生态产业发展的国有融资、投资、建设、运营平台，主营业务涵盖景区、酒店、民宿、旅行社、旅游地产、旅游客运、水上观光、林业等。集团注册资本5亿元，员工900余人。截至2022年底，集团资产总额达413.11亿元。

在光大银行南昌分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次人民币债券，为公司在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南昌分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

Recently, Ganzhou Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its CNY 35-Month senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on ChongWa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange CO., Ltd.

Founded in 2010, the company was formerly known as Ganzhou Hakka Tourism Group. It is a state-owned financing, investment, construction and operation platform for the development of municipal tourism industry and green ecological industry. Its main business covers scenic spots, hotels, homestays, travel agencies, tourism real estate, tourism Passenger transportation, water sightseeing, forestry, etc. The group has a registered capital of 500 million yuan and more than 900 employees. As of the end of 2022, the group's total assets reached 41.311 billion yuan.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanchang Branch (“CEB Nanchang Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanchang Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
