2022年6月24日，光银国际成功助力快狗打车控股有限公司（股票代号：2246.HK，以下简称“快狗打车”）于香港主板挂牌上市。

此次IPO募集资金将用于扩大公司的用户基础及提升公司的品牌知名度、开发新服务及产品以增强公司的变现能力、提升公司的技术能力及增强公司的研发能力和营运资金及一般公司用途。

快狗打车是亚洲主要的线上同城物流平台，在亚洲五个国家及地区（即中国内地、香港、新加坡、韩国及印度）的340多个城市开展业务。公司在线上同城物流领域拥有并经营两个获高度认可及值得信赖的品牌：中国内地的快狗打车及亚洲其他国家和地区的GOGOX。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2021年交易总额计，公司是中国内地第三大线上同城物流平台，市场份额为3.2%（排名于市场份额为52.8%及5.5%的参与者之后），公司还是香港市场领导者，市场份额为50.9%。根据同一资料来源，按2021年交易总额计，中国内地和香港合计约占亚洲线上同城物流市场的71%。

CEBI assisted GOGOX Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2246.HK, “GOGOX”) to get listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 24th June 2022.

The net proceeds from the Global Offering will be used for enlarging user base and strengthening brand awareness, developing new services and products to enhance monetization capabilities, pursuing strategic alliances, investment and/or acquisitions in overseas markets, advancing technological capabilities and enhance research and development capabilities and working capital and general corporate purposes.

GOGOX is a major online intra-city logistics platform in Asia. The Company operates in more than 340 cities across five countries and regions in Asia, namely Mainland of China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and India. The Company owns and operates two highly-recognized, well-trusted brands in the online intra-city logistics space: Kuaigou Dache (快狗打车) in Mainland of China and GOGOX in other countries and regions in Asia. According to Frost & Sullivan, GOGOX is the third largest online intra-city logistics platform in Mainland of China with a market share of 3.2%, ranking after players with market share of 52.8% and 5.5%, and the market leader in Hong Kong with a market share of 50.9%, each in terms of GTV in 2021. According to the same source, Mainland of China and Hong Kong collectively accounted for approximately 71% of the online intra-city logistics market of Asia in terms of GTV in 2021.
