光银国际助力内江投控成功定价美元债券

6月28日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力内江投资控股集团有限公司（“内江投控”）于香港定价美元计价的高级无抵押债券。

内江投控是四川省内江市最大的基础设施建设、国有资产管理和公用事业运营主体，是内江市开发建设的主要投融资主体。集团承担着内江市基础设施建设与维护、人民安居工程建设和土地开发整理投融资建设的重要任务。

在光大银行成都分行大力支持下，光银国际助力内江投控成功定价此次美元债券，为内江投控在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行成都分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

On 28 June, Neijiang Investment Holding Group., Ltd. (“Neijiang Investment”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced USD senior fixed rate notes. CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction.

The Group is the largest entity of infrastructure construction, state-owned asset management and public utility operation in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, the PRC, and it is a major investment and financing entity of the development and construction in Neijiang City. It undertakes the important missions of the infrastructure construction and maintenance, the construction of the people’s housing projects and the investment, financing and construction of land development and consolidation of Neijiang City.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Chengdu Branch (“CEB Chengdu Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Chengdu Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
