光银国际助力甘肃公投成功增发美元债券

6月14日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团有限公司（“甘肃公投”）于香港定价增发原有2025年3月到期、美元计价的高级无抵押债券。本次债券发行结构为直接发行，发行人主体评级为标普BBB+、惠誉BBB+，展望均为稳定。债项评级为标普BBB+。债券将于香港联交所上市。
甘肃公投是甘肃省国资委全资持有的一家大型国有企业。公司是唯一一家获得甘肃省政府授权从事交通基础设施项目投融资、建设及运营的主体。得益于中央政府及省政府的大力支持，集团在甘肃省交通运输板块处于稳定的领先地位。
在光大银行兰州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力甘肃公投成功定价此次美元债券，为甘肃公投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行兰州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
14th June, Gansu Provincial Highway Aviation Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“GHATG” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced a tap of its senior fixed rate notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The Group directly issued the Notes and itself is rated BBB+ by S&P, BBB+ by Fitch, both stable outlooks. The issue rating of the Notes is BBB+ by S&P. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group is a large, state-owned enterprise operating in Gansu Province and is wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Gansu Provincial Government. It is the only enterprise authorized by the Gansu Provincial Government to undertake the fundraising, investment, construction, management and operation of transportation infrastructure projects within Gansu Province. With the great support from both Central Government and Gansu Provincial Government, the Group enjoys a stable leading position in the transportation sector in Gansu Province.
With unreserved support of the Lanzhou branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Lanzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Company to price this transaction successfully.
