光银国际助力太原国投成功增发美元债券

6月14日，光银国际作为独家全球协调人成功助力太原国有投资集团有限公司（“太原国投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港增发原有2025年6月到期美元计价高级无抵押债券。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。

太原国投是太原市区域建设和开发的主要经营主体之一，由太原市财政局独资控股。集团把握住了太原市快速发展的契机，在太原市政府支持下承接并完成了一大批对太原市具有战略意义的建设项目，目前已形成良好的运营模式，实现了跨越式发展。太原市区域经济充满活力，地方财力雄厚，未来有望进一步加大城市建设的投入，太原国投依托区域发展，有着良好的发展前景。

在光大银行太原分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力太原国投成功定价此次美元债券，为太原国投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行太原分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

On 14 June, Taiyuan State-owned Investment Group Company Limited (“TYSTOW”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully tapped its existing bonds due June 2025 (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Sole Global Coordinator in the transaction. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange.

The Group is one of the major operating entities of municipal development in Taiyuan and is wholly-owned by Taiyuan Finance Bureau. Leveraging on the development of Taiyuan, strong government and its stable business model, the Group has undertaken and completed a large number of construction projects which are of strategic importance to Taiyuan. With a dynamic regional economy and strong financial strength, Taiyuan has a solid foundation to further increase its investment in municipal development.

With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Taiyuan Branch (“CEB Taiyuan Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Taiyuan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
