光银国际助力连云港港口集团成功定价美元债券

6月9日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力连云港港口集团有限公司（“连云港港口集团”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元计价高级无抵押绿色债券。连云港港口集团主体评级为标普BBB-，惠誉BBB，展望均为稳定。债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券将于香港交易所上市。
连云港港口集团是连云港港最重要的港口运营主体，是主导连云港市“以港兴市”战略规划最重要的推动力量。港口服务、物流贸易和港务工程业务是公司收入的主要来源，受益于腹地经济的发展及港区新建设施的投产使用，公司总吞吐量稳定增长。
本笔债券是苏北地区首单境外高级无抵押绿色债券。在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力连云港港口集团成功定价此次美元债券，为集团在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 9 June, Lianyungang Port Group Co., Ltd. (“Lianyungang Port Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate green notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Group is rated BBB- by S&P and BBB by Fitch, both stable outlook. The issue rating is BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Lianyungang Port Group is the most important port operator of Lianyungang port, as well as the most critical driving force behind the strategic plan of Lianyungang City to “gain economic prosperity through port development”. The Group derives its revenue mainly from port operation, trade and logistics, and construction engineering. Benefiting from the economic development of its hinterland and the commissioning of new facilities in the port district, the total throughput of the Group has been growing steadily.
The Notes is the first offshore green bonds in the northern part of Jiangsu Province. With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
