光银国际助力兰溪交投成功定价美元债券

4月26日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人助力兰溪市交通建设投资集团有限公司（“兰溪交投”）于香港定价3年期1亿美元票息3.9%的高级无抵押美元债券。本次债券由宁波银行金华分行提供备用信用证。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。
兰溪交投是浙江省兰溪市交通运输行业的重要国有企业，是兰溪市交通网络建设发展的核心平台。兰溪交投成立于2018年，由兰溪市国有资产投资发展有限公司全资直接控股, 最终实际控制人为兰溪市人民政府国有资产监督管理办公室。兰溪交投透过整合运营国有资产，发展兰溪地方交通产业。
在境外资本市场避险情绪上升，美联储加息之际，兰溪交投成功定价本次1亿美元债券。在光大银行杭州分行及金华分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力兰溪交投成功定价此次美元债券，为兰溪交投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行杭州分行及金华分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 26 April, Lanxi Transportation Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd (“Lanxi Transportation Construction Investment” or the “Group”) successfully priced its US$100million 3.9% 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The notes enjoy a support of SBLC provided by Bank of Ningbo Jinhua Branch and will be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
The Group is a key state-owned enterprise in the transportation industry in Lanxi, Zhejiang Province, and the core platform for the construction and development of the transportation network in Lanxi. Solely and directly owned by Lanxi State-owned Asset Investment Development Co., Ltd. and ultimately controlled by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office of Lanxi Municipal People’s Government, a government organ of the Lanxi Municipal People’s Government, the Group has been established in 2018 to integrate and operate state-owned assets and develop the local transportation industry in Lanxi.
In the relative weak market sentiment, the Group priced the USD100m deal successfully. With unreserved support of the Hangzhou branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Hangzhou Branch”) and the Jinhua branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Jinhua Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hangzhou Branch, CEB Jinhua Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
