光银国际助力余姚经开投成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力余姚经济开发区建设投资发展有限公司（“余姚经开投”）于香港定价3年期1亿美元票息3.9%的高级无抵押美元债券。担保人为余姚市舜财投资控股有限公司（“余姚舜财”或“集团”）。担保人评级为穆迪Baa3和惠誉BBB-，评级展望均为稳定。预计债项评级为穆迪Baa3和惠誉BBB-。债券将于新加坡交易所上市。
余姚经开投成立于2002年5月13日，承担着余姚经济开发区内土地开发、项目投资、基础设施建设、拆迁安置及保障性住房建设等重要任务，是余姚经济开发区经营性国有资产、资源开发建设的主要法人。余姚舜财是余姚市市属国企集中统一出资平台，是余姚市最大的国有投资运营集团，业务呈现多元化，包括基础设施建设、安置房建设、土地整理、围涂开发、交通运输、水务业务及燃气销售等。
在境外资本市场避险情绪上升，美联储加息之际，余姚经开投以3.9%的票息成功定价本次债券。在光大银行宁波分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力余姚经开投成功定价此次美元债券，为余姚经开投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行宁波分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Yuyao Economic Development Zone Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Yuyao Economic Development Zone Investment”) successfully priced its US$100million 3.9% 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The guarantor is Yuyao Shuncai Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (“Yuyao Shuncai”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”). Yuyao Shuncai is rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch, both with stable outlook. The expected issue rating of the Notes are Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
Yuyao Economic Development Zone Investment is principally engaged in land development and property construction in Yuyao. Its businesses include zone development contracting, land development, resettlement housing sales, property leasing, construction contracting and others. Yuyao Shuncai is the primary asset management and capital operation platform of Yuyao Municipal Government, Zhejiang Province, China, and is directly controlled by Yuyao SASAC. The Guarantor has played an essential and active role in implementing the Yuyao government’s major strategic initiatives for urban planning and municipal development.
In the relative weak market sentiment, the Group priced the deal successfully with coupon at 3.9%. With unreserved support of the Ningbo branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Ningbo Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Ningbo Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
