光银国际助力兴港投资成功定价美元债券

3月29日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人，成功助力郑州航空港兴港投资集团有限公司（“兴港投资”或“集团”）于香港定价3年期2亿美元票息4.7%的高级无抵押美元债券。发行人主体评级为惠誉BBB（稳定），预期债项评级为惠誉BBB。债券将于香港交易所上市。

郑州航空港经济综合实验区是中国首个上升为国家战略、目前唯一一个由国务院批准设立的航空经济先行区，规划面积415平方公里，规划人口260万人。经过多年深耕，目前航空港实验区拆迁面积超300平方公里，基础设施覆盖超220平方公里，建成区达100.86平方公里，土地资源优势凸显，交通枢纽地位和城市基础配套设施建设不断提升。兴港投资负责郑州航空港经济综合实验区大部分的基础设施建设投资、一级土地开发和所有的保障性住房建设。

在境外资本市场避险情绪上升，美联储加息之际，兴港投资投以4.7%的票息成功定价本次债券。在光大银行郑州分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力兴港投资成功定价此次美元债券，为兴港投资在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行郑州分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。

On 29 March, Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone Xinggang Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Xinggang Investment”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its US$200million 4.7% 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The Group is rated BBB (stable) by Fitch and the expected issue ratings is BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone (“Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone” or “ZAEZ”) is the first pilot zone for aviation economy that has been upgraded to a national strategy and is currently the only aviation nomic pilot zone approved by the State Council in China. It has a planned area of 415 sq.km., and a planned population of 2.6 million. After years of intensive cultivation, the demolition area of the current airport experimental area exceeds 300 sq. km., the infrastructure covers more than 220 sq. km., and the built-up area reaches 100.86 sq. km. Xinggang Investment undertakes most of the infrastructure construction projects, primary land development projects and all affordable housing construction projects in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone.

In the relative weak market sentiment, the Group priced the deal successfully with coupon at 4.7%. With unreserved support of the Zhengzhou branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Zhengzhou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Zhengzhou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
