光银国际助力湖北联投成功定价美元债券

2月25日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力湖北省联合发展投资集团有限公司（“湖北联投”或“公司”）于香港定价3年期3亿美元计价高级无抵押绿色债券。这是湖北省属国企首笔境外债发行。债券将于香港交易所上市。
湖北联投于2008年9月正式成立，诞生于武汉城市圈“两型”社会综合配套试验区获批的历史时刻，肩负着湖北“1+8”城市圈建设的发展使命。公司是湖北省级平台企业中，唯一负责产业新城三级全链条开发的主体，具体包括：一级土地整理、二级配套基建建设与开发、三级城市运营服务与产业孵化投资。“以产定城、以城兴产、产城融合”是公司秉承的重要发展理念。
债券推介期间，俄乌事件导致国际地缘政治风险上升，投资者风险偏好下降。光银国际积极推介公司信用亮点并贡献大量基石订单，成功助力公司成功定价美元债券。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行武汉分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 25 February, Hubei United Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) successfully priced its USD300 million 3-year senior unsecured fixed rate green bonds(the “Bonds”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner on this deal. It’s the first time that a provincial state-owned enterprise in Hubei Province issued offshore bonds. The Bonds will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Company was formally established in September 2008 when the Wuhan Metropolitan Area was approved as a part of the efforts for the construction of the resource-conserving and environment-friendly society so as to explore a new model of urbanization development. The Company is the sole provincial-level platform in the province responsible for the full life cycle of urban development in the Industrial New Town, including: primary land development, secondary development and full-scale construction of infrastructure, and tertiary urban operation services and industrial incubation investment. The Company has been committed to its development concept of “integration and coordinated development of industries and cities”.
During the roadshow, due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, geopolitical risks increased, and investors turn to risk off mode. CEBI actively marketed the Company’s credit highlights to potential investors and contributed sizeable anchor order, underpinning the successful pricing of the Bonds. This transaction will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Wuhan Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in thriving for various business expansion.
