光银国际助力云南省投成功定价美元债券

2月25日，光银国际作为联席全球协调人成功助力云南省投资控股集团有限公司（“云南省投”或“集团”）于香港定价3年期美元计价高级无抵押债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。
云南省投前身为云南省开发投资有限公司，坚决贯彻落实省委、省政府和省国资委各项决策部署，积极发挥省政府战略工具作用，着力打造政府投融资平台、资源整合平台和产业协同发展平台，不断提升投融资拉动能力、资本运作能力、产业培育和管控能力，系统构建“产业培育+战略投资+资本运营”联动互促业务发展模式。2021年云南省投首次入围《财富》杂志的世界500强榜单。
债券推介期间，俄乌事件导致国际地缘政治风险上升，投资者风险偏好下降。光银国际作为联席全球协调人积极推介集团信用亮点，再次助力集团成功定价美元债券。作为本年度云南省地方国企首次境外资本市场亮相，本笔债券显示了投资人对云南省信用的认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行昆明分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 25 February, Yunnan Provincial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd (“YIG” or the “Group”) successfully priced its USD 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Global Coordinator on this deal. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
YIG was formerly known as Yunnan Provincial Development & Investment Co., Ltd. Serving as a strategic platform of the provincial government, YIG actively implements the policies and decisions of CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, People’s Government of Yunnan Province and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government. The Group was named in the “Global 500” by Fortune magazine for the first time in 2021.
During the roadshow, due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, geopolitical risks increased and investors’ risk appetite decreased. As JGC, CEBI actively marketed the Group’s recent development and credit highlights to potential investors, underpinning the successful pricing of the Notes. As the first offshore USD notes issued by Yunnan SOE this year, the issuance shows the market confidence in Yunnan Credit. This transaction will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Kunming Branch and CEBI, and will enhance our future cooperation in thriving for various business expansion.
