光银国际助力宁海县国投成功定价美元债券

3月9日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人，成功助力宁海县国有资产投资控股集团有限公司（“宁海县国投”或“集团”）于香港定价3年期票息3.65%的高级无抵押美元债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。
宁海县位于浙江省东部沿海，是计划单列市宁波市的市属县。宁海县国投是一家位于浙江省宁海县负责基础设施建设及运营的国有企业。集团在宁海县扮演着重要的角色，是该区域内重要的基础设施建设者以及唯一的国有资产投资及运营的主体。
本次发行是宁海县国投于境外资本市场的首次亮相。在境外资本市场避险情绪上升，美联储加息之际，宁海县国投以3.65%具有竞争力的票息成功定价本次债券。在光大银行宁波分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力宁海县国投成功定价此次美元债券，为宁海县国投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行宁波分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 9 March, Ninghai State-owned Asset Investment Holding Group Ltd. (“Ninghai Investment”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced USD 3-year 3.65% senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Lead Manager of this transaction. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Ninghai County, located in the east coast of Zhejiang Province, is a municipal county of Ningbo City. The Group is a state-owned enterprise in the Ninghai county of Zhejiang province responsible for the construction, engineering and operation of urban infrastructure projects. The Group is an important infrastructure construction developer and the only entity involved in state-owned asset investment and operations in Ninghai County.
The Notes is the Group’s first appearance in the overseas capital markets. In the relative weak market sentiment, the Group priced the deal successfully with coupon at 3.65%. With unreserved support of the Ningbo branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Ningbo Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Ningbo Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
