Senior Associate / Associate-Corporate Finance｜高級經理/經理 - 企業融資

Responsibilities • Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions;
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities;
• Assessing potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling;
• Preparing pitch book and business proposals;
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations;
• Provide on-going support to the senior management for maintaining relationship with investors, investees and business partners.

工作内容 執行全面的企業融資任務，包括IPO，併購，集資活動和公司財務諮詢
在執行交易時，負責維護客戶關係，起草文件，進行盡職調查以及與所有監管機構聯絡溝通
通過市場研究，估值分析和財務框架評估潛在交易;
準備宣傳冊和業務建議書;
了解企業發展和規章制度;
為高級管理層提供支持，以維持與投資者，被投資者和業務合作夥伴的關係。

Requirements • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of corporate finance working experience, preferably in investment banking industry or other professional service industry;
• Solid exposure and knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Able and willing to travel extensively;

要求 會計，金融，工商管理，經濟學，法律或相關本科學位持有人
至少3年的企業融資工作經驗，最好在投資銀行業或其他專業服務行業;
對上市規則，收購守則及相關監管規定有相當認識;
良好英語和中文的書面和口語能力（普通話和粵語）
需要經常到外地工作
