Responsibilities • Responsible for the successful execution of primarily capital markets and advisory transactions
• Responsible for the oversight of due diligence and transaction execution
• Coordinate with internal and external parties
• Communicate with regulators throughout execution process
• Identify potential opportunities, formulate strategies and develop business network
• Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models
• Keep abreast of corporate development and related rules and policies

內外溝通協調
在執行過程中與監管機構進行溝通
識別潛在機會，制定戰略並發展業務網絡
開展市場研究和財務分析，建立財務框架
對企業融資及相關制度有最新的知識

Requirements• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related disciplines
• Minimum six years of experience in corporate finance industry.
• Hands-on experience in execution of IPOs is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Strong due diligence skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills

要求 持有會計，金融，工商管理，經濟學，法律或相關本科學歷
至少六年的金融業經驗
具有執行IPO的實踐經驗為首選
熟悉上市規則及收購守則
良好英語和中文的書面和口語能力（普通話和粵語）
於盡職調查有相當經驗，能於緊迫的時間內完成工作
優秀的表達和人際交往能力
良好溝通和解決問題的能力
