光银国际助力云南交投成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力云南省交通投资建设集团有限公司（“云南交投”）于香港定价3年期、3.1%票息、美元计价的高级无抵押债券。债券将于香港交易所上市。
云南交投是云南省主要从事投资、开发和经营高速公路和一级公路最大的国有公路建设公司。云南交投作为云南省人民政府在云南省投资、开发和经营高速公路和一级公路的主要载体，是地方经济的组成部分，在云南发展历程中发挥了至关重要的作用，特别是在政府关于实施“一带一路”倡议、扶贫、维护少数民族地区稳定和保护西南地区生态系统等公共政策方面。
在光大银行昆明分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力云南交投成功定价此次美元债券，为云南交投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行昆明分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Yunnan Communications Investment and Construction Group Co., Ltd. (YCIC, or the “Company”) successfully priced 3-year 3.1% senior fixed rate notes. CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Company is the leading and largest state-owned public road construction company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating expressways and Class 1 roads in Yunnan Province. The Company, as the main vehicle of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province for investing in, developing and operating expressways and Class 1 roads in Yunnan Province, has served an integral part of the functions of the People’s Government of Yunnan Province and plays a vital role in the government’s public policies in regards to the implementation of ‘‘Belt and Road’’ initiatives, alleviation of poverty, maintenance of stability in minorities’ areas, and protection of the ecosystem in southwestern China.
With unreserved support of the Kunming branch of China Everbright Bank (“Kunming Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between Kunming Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
