光银国际助力西安航天产发成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为配售代理，成功助力西安航天高技术产业发展集团有限公司（“西安航天产发”）于香港定价2.8年期票息2%美元计价的高级无抵押债券。本次债券由浦发银行香港分行提供备用信用证。债券将于香港交易所上市。
自2010年3月成立以来，集团是管委会委托的唯一单位，从事西安国家民用航天产业基地的土地一级开发业务，承接基础设施建设及其他建设相关项目。西安国家民用航天产业基地位于陕西省省会西安市的郊区。西安市是中国西北内陆地区的金融中心，是中国重要的科研、高等教育、国防科技工业和高新技术产业基地。
在光大银行西安分行及卢森堡分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力西安航天产发成功定价此次美元债券，为西安航天产发在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行西安分行及卢森堡分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Xi’an Aerospace High-tech Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. (“Xi’an Aero Industry Development Group”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced 2.8-year 2% senior fixed rate notes. CEBI acted as placing agent in the transaction. The notes enjoy a support of SBLC provided by SPDB HK Branch and will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Since its establishment in March 2010, the Group has been the sole entity commissioned by the Administrative Committee to engage in primary land development business in XCAIB, and the core entity to undertake infrastructure construction and other construction related projects. XCAIB lies at the outskirt of Xi’an City, the capital of Shaanxi province. Xi’an City is the financial centre of the inland regions of north-western China, and an important base of scientific research, higher education, national defence science and technology industry and high-tech industry.
With unreserved support of the Xi’an branch and Luxembourg branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
