光银国际助力海南农垦成功定价美元债券

近日，光银国际作为联席簿记管理人，成功助力海南省农垦投资控股集团有限公司（简称“海南农垦”，与其子公司合称为“集团”）于香港定价3年期、美元计价的高级无抵押债券，合计金额3亿美元，票息3%。预期的债项评级为穆迪Baa2与惠誉BBB+。债券将于香港交易所上市。
海南农垦是国内领先的天然橡胶生产者与供应商。经过在天然橡胶行业50余年的发展，集团在天然橡胶产业链的各个环节占据了有利的市场地位。集团由海南省政府全资持有，持续受益于海南省政府的大力支持与海南省经济快速的发展。
本次发行是海南农垦于境外资本市场的首次亮相，亦是海南省国企首单境外美元债券。债券的定价收益率由初始价格指引的3.5%区间大幅收窄50个基点至3.0%。在光大银行海口分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力海南农垦成功定价此次美元债券，为海南农垦在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行海口分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
Recently, Hainan State Farms Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (“Hainan State Farms Investment” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced US$ 300 million 3-year 3% senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI is the Joint Bookrunner of this transaction. The expected issue ratings of the Notes are Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Group is a leading natural rubber producer and a major supplier of natural rubber in the PRC market. With over 50 years of experience in natural rubber industry, the Group has developed an advantageous market position at each major component of the natural rubber products value chain. The Group, as directly and wholly owned by the Hainan SASAC, has benefited from the strong support of Hainan Provincial Government and thriving development of Hainan Province.
The Notes is the Group’s first appearance in the overseas capital markets, and it is also the first USD bond issued by Hainan SOE. The Group successfully tightened the reoffer yield from IPG 3.5% range by 50bps to 3.0%. With unreserved support of the Haikou branch of China Everbright Bank (“CEB Haikou Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully and gained more investor recognition in the international capital market. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Haikou Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in striving for various business expansion.
