近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力舟山海城建设投资集团有限公司（“舟山海城”，简称“公司”）定价9000万美元3年期高级无抵押债券。公司主体评级为惠誉BBB，展望稳定。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司是浙江省舟山市主要的国有市政建设投资平台。公司隶属于舟山市国资委，负责执行舟山市政府的城市建设和市政发展规划。公司定位为综合性市政运营商，专注于能源业务、保障性住房建设与销售、建筑材料贸易、基础设施建设、建筑设计、电力设备制造以及物业租赁、物业管理等业务板块、工程建设、劳务派遣、垃圾处理和城市服务。作为盈利能力强、投资组合多元化、建设能力卓越的国有企业，在舟山基础设施建设和能源供应方面发挥着重要作用。

Recently, Zhoushan City Investment Group Corporation Limited (the “Company”), successfully priced its USD 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Company is rated BBB by Fitch with stable outlook. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

The company is the main state-owned municipal construction investment platform in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. The company is affiliated to the Zhoushan Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and is responsible for implementing the urban construction and municipal development plans of the Zhoushan Municipal Government. The Company is positioned as a comprehensive municipal operator, focusing on energy business, affordable housing construction and sales, building materials trade, infrastructure construction, architectural design, power equipment manufacturing, property leasing, property management and other business segments, engineering construction, and labor dispatch. , waste disposal and city services.
