光银国际助力宁波市奉化区投资集团有限公司成功定价10亿人民币点心债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力宁波市奉化区投资集团有限公司（“奉化投资”，简称“公司”）定价10亿人民币3年期高级无抵押点心债券。债券于香港交易所上市。

公司是奉化区龙头国有企业，按2023年资产规模、业务范围及营业收入计算，为奉化区最大的国有资产运营主体，在奉化区城市基础设施建设等方面发展中发挥重要作用。

在光大银行宁波分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次境外债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行宁波分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Ningbo Fenghua Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its RMB 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on HKEX.

The Company is a leading state-owned enterprise in Fenghua District, as well as the largest operating entity of stateowned assets therein in terms of asset size, scope of business and operating income in 2023. The Company undertakes a significant role in the development of Fenghua District, including urban infrastructure construction.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Ningbo Branch (“CEB Ningbo Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Ningbo Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
