光银国际助力高邮市水务产业投资集团有限公司成功定价77亿日元境外债

近日，光银国际作为联席牵头经办人和联席账簿管理人，成功助力高邮市水务产业投资集团有限公司（”高邮水务”，简称“公司”）定价77亿日元3年期高级无抵押债券。债券于中华（澳门）金融资产交易股份有限公司上市。

公司成立于2013年7月，高邮市国有资产管理中心为实控人，承担高邮城乡集中式供水、城市污水收集处理等职能，主营水利、市政、管网、绿化等工程施工，以及水利产业、农业产业的投资经营与管理。自成立以来，公司充分发挥行业资源优势，不断提升优质服务水平，为地区社会经济发展做出贡献。

在光大银行南京分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力公司成功定价此次日元债券，增强了公司在国际资本市场的认可度。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行南京分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，争取在业务上实现多层次、多元化的合作。

Recently, Gaoyou Water Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), successfully priced its JPY 3-Year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Lead Manager, and Joint Bookrunner on this deal. The Notes will be listed on MOX.

Established in July 2013, the Company is wholly controlled by Gaoyou SAMC to undertake the functions of centralized water supply in urban and rural areas of Gaoyou, as well as urban sewage collection and treatment. Its main business includes the construction of water conservancy, municipal, pipeline, and landscaping projects, as well as investment, operation, and management of the water conservancy industry and agricultural industry. Since its establishment, the company has fully leveraged its industry resource advantages, continuously improving the level of quality services, and making contributions to the social and economic development of the region.

With the unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Nanjing Branch (“CEB Nanjing Branch”), CEBI helped the company to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Nanjing Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansions.
